After completing payment, a download link on the confirmation page displays. An order confirmation will be sent to you via e-mail as well. The order confirmation contains your download link and license information. Please retain this e-mail for future reference.

Software re-installation steps are listed below: 


1. Please delete any previous versions or trial versions of the program.
2. Please deactivate temporarily your Web-guards and Antivirus. If you experience difficulties in downloading your software, make sure a personal firewall is not blocking or interrupting the data transfer. Browser-integrated download managers may also affect your download.
3. Proceed to download the product from the download link in Avanquest membership area here.
4. Follow the installation steps. Please do not stop the installation process and make sure to click SAVE when the installation assistant appears (do not click on execute).
5. Reactivate your Web-guards and Antivirus
6. Enjoy your Avanquest Software
