If you can't/can no longer connect to your ioteo account, you may have forgotten to validate your account.
During the creation of your account you should have received an email asking you to validate the creation of your account.
If you have created your account
• on the website www.ioteo.com, you must validate your account in order to login to it.
• using the ioteo Cam mobile application, you have seven days to validate your account before it is blocked.
Don't forget to look in your spam folder if you don't see the validation email in your inbox.
You can always reset the password by using the 'Forgotten password' link for your account in order to get access to your account.
Don't forget to check your spam folder to make sure the validation email for your ioteo account isn't there.
