If the video jumps, this generally means that your connection is not fast enough to continuously send the video to the ioteo Cloud.
The two main reasons are as follows:
1 ) Wi-Fi connection problems (connecting the camera to your Wi-Fi access point)
2) The bandwidth of your Internet connection is insufficient (connection of your service provider to the Internet)
Important: In each case we recommend that you set your camera in SD mode (disable HD mode) to improve the connection.
